Handheld Terminal- PalmTec : a Handheld Device / Handheld Computer for various portable applications like Electronic Ticketing, Spot Billing, Logistic Management, Mobile Payment Collection, Distribution Billing, POS applications etc.

Order book :is also a hand-held computer, but without any in built Printer. It is very rugged, and suitable for the rough environment. Order Book is being used by various companies for managing their Order booking, Deliveries, Data Collection operations etc.

Prospera : is a state-of-the-art product for the Point-of-Sales System. This can efficiently take care of your complete sales activities. This cute champion occupies just one square feet of area on your desktop - needless to mention the real estate savings. Prospera comes with a 45 key legendary keypad, meant for continuous usage. The ergonomically mounted display unit provides optimum ease of vision to the operator. Prospera comes with an in-built 24 Col. Printer (Dot Matrix or Thermal. It can print 80 Col. VAT enabled bills. Prospera comes preloaded with feature packed higher end software that enables the user with state-of-the-art features such as Multi Level Password Protection, Split Billing, Creditor Management, Expense Management, Complemtary Billing and an array of Reports to suit your needs.

Sil24DMP Mini Printer : is a standalone 24 column printer that works on RS232 serial interface. It is a portable printer that works on a rechaeagble battery. Dot Matrix Printer & Thermal Models are available in our product line. These printers can print upto 24 characters in one line.

GramIT-TR^B: GramIT-TR^B is an Off-line Telephone Revenue Collection System with in-built bar code reader, LCD display, Keyboard and modem. Another Model MOBILETRB is also available which has an inbuilt Printer and UPS.

Our Corporate Office, R&D and Factory are situated at the heart of the Trivandrum city. We are spread over Four Building. The main office constitutes of the Accounts, Administration, Marketing and Director’s offices. There are separate buildings for R&D centre, that houses the Software and Quality departments, Production building where the entire assemble is done, and a another separate building for the Customer Support departments.

We have an excellent service centre chain across the country. Our service offices / Personals in Kerala are at Kottayam, Eranakulam, Trichur, Malappuram, Calicut, and Kannur We follow a different support system which constitutes at least service engineer per state.

We have such positioned executives at Bangalore, Madurai, Coimbatore, Ahamadabad, Jodhpur, Jalgon, Bhusaval, and Indore. With this excellent network of service points we are able to provide and unmatched service performance to our customer base.

• Launched Page IT – the first ever auto paging messaging terminal for Pager industry.
• Successfully completed projects for automation of Telegram handling for DOT in Kerala by indigenously designed, developed and manufactured products. GramIT-TR is an integrated computation and communication terminal which can be installed at Post Office, Telecom Centers and Cash Counters. GramIT-TR is ideal equipment for applications like Telephone Bill & Demand Note Collection in offline mode, Transmission and Reception of Telegram, Fax, Telex Booking etc.
• Successfully completed project for offline Telephone revenue collection for BSNL using GramIT-TRB – an indigenously designed, development and manufactured product. GramIT-TRB is an integrated terminal for telephone revenue collection, booking and telegram communication with the options of connecting Barcode, MICR & Card Readers. GramIT-TRB is having an in-built communication card for communicating the collection details to the reporting centre.
• Successfully implemented offline Telephone Revenue Collection System for BSNL in Kerala, TamilNadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh, Haryana and Shillong within a short span of 3 years.
• Over 4000 BSNL and Post Office counters connected by our offline Telephone Revenue Collection System.
• Our entire system - GramIT-TRB is handling millions of telephone Revenue daily at maximum security level.
• Successfully launched the indigenously designed, developed and manufactured Handheld Computer - Palmtec for various portable applications like Electronic Ticketing, Spot Billing, Logistic Management, Mobile Payment Collection etc.
• Successfully launched Cell One TRB, an integrated terminal for telephone revenue collection, booking and Cell One Payment Connection with the options of connecting Barcode, MICR & Card Readers. Cell One TRB also has an in-built communication card for communicating the collection details to the reporting
