PalmTec : is an indigenous product, which can be put into application specific activities. Palmtec is a hand-held computer with in-built Printer & PC interface. It is very rugged, and hence suitable for the rough environment in India & such countries. It weighs around 800 grams and runs on a rechargeable battery. Palmtec is being used in places where keeping (or carrying) a set of PC + Printer + UPS is impossible. Eg: in Buses, Go-downs, Delivery Sales Vans, Raw Material Collection Centre, Fertilizer Depots etc. Daily Deposit Collection & Loan Recovery of Banks, Ticketing in buses, Spot billing in Electricity & Water Suppliers, Spot Billing in Petrol Bunks and Billing in Delivery Sales Vans are some major applications of Palmtec. Some models of Palmtec has been specifically Customised as Electronic Ticketing Machines (ETM).

Order Book : is another model of Palmted. Order book comes without any in built Printer. It is very rugged, and suitable for the rough environment. This ruggedness of this product is our answer to the volatile and fragile models of PDAs being used in the market. Most people using PDAs are facing extra running costs such as Touch Screen Damages, accidental drop problems, Unreliable working such as touch screen sensitivity issues. Keeping this problem in mind, our R&D has come out with the product Order Book. It weighs around 400 grams and runs on a rechargeable battery. Order Book is being used by various companies for managing their Order booking, Deliveries, Data Collection operations etc. It comes with a rugged Alpha Numeric 42 key Keypad for easy operations, 20 X 4 LCD for easy views, and an RS232 interface for connectivity to the Computer.
